I am Pouya Farbod, the founder and CEO of Tibii, where we champion human rights in disability care.

My background in international business and my role as a behaviour practitioner have shaped Tibii’s commitment to innovative and inclusive practices.

Holding a Masters in Disability Policy and Practice from Flinders University, I am deeply passionate about integrating human rights into leadership and management. At Tibii, I lead with a vision that extends beyond traditional service models, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for everyone involved.

My approach ensures that we not only meet but exceed care standards, advocating for substantial changes that improve lives across the disability community.
