Tyshyana Murray

Kiaora! My name is Tyshyana Murray, and I am beyond excited to introduce myself as the new Service Delivery Manager here at Tibii.

I am a proud Māori woman, and with over 20 years of experience in the community service industry, I’ve dedicated my life and career to uplifting vulnerable and marginalized individuals. I’m thrilled to be joining such a passionate and driven team and can’t wait to contribute to our shared mission.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to gain experience in various leadership roles and have developed a strong foundation in social services, program management, and team collaboration. Over the years, I have undertaken many roles that have all revolved around pastoring, empowering, and caring for people. Whether it be hosting dinner parties with people from my local church, managing corporate locations, or even starting my own business, I’ve honed my skills in operational management, event coordination, and, most importantly, working alongside incredible teams. I’ve also had the privilege of supporting Indigenous communities, youth workers, and case management, all of which have shaped my values and approach to service delivery.

Joining Tibii meant that my core values would be expressed by making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. What excites me most about my role is the chance to lead with empathy, foster collaboration, and continuously strive to improve our processes to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and the entire Tibii family. I believe that by working together, supporting each other, and embracing change, we can reach new heights and inspire positive change in our community.
