Hello, My name is Kimia, Administraion and Housing Manager at Tibii.

My career in the disability sector began in 2019, and I’ve been passionately supporting individuals with diverse needs ever since. It was my desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others that first drew me to this field, and it continues to drive me every day.

Originally from Iran, I moved to Australia in 2013, embracing new opportunities and challenges with determination and enthusiasm. I hold a Diploma in Administration Management, which has equipped me with the skills to efficiently manage the administrative functions at Tibii. In addition, I have a Certificate IV in Youth Work and a Certificate III in Individual Support, giving me a broad understanding of working with individuals from various backgrounds and with different needs.

I consider myself fortunate to have worked with some of the most unique and inspiring participants in the disability sector. I believe that every individual deserves the highest level of care and support, and I am committed to ensuring that Tibii delivers on this promise. For me, my role at Tibii is not just a job—it’s a mission to create a positive impact and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about learning and continuously improving my skills to better serve the community. My journey is a testament to my dedication, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to Tibii's mission of empowering individuals and promoting human rights.
