Hello, my name is Gustavo, and I'm the HR Manager at Tibii, a disability organisation that is close to my heart.

With a background in psychology and six years of experience in the disability field, I've had the privilege of working alongside passionate professionals who share the same values. My journey in this industry has been shaped by personal experiences with family members on the autism spectrum, which has given me a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that individuals with disabilities face.

At Tibii, I'm committed to creating an environment where our team feels supported and valued every day. I believe that when we work together with kindness and empathy, we can make a real difference in the lives of the participants we serve. My approach to HR is centred around teamwork and a human rights-based philosophy, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
