Nicole Pollich

Hi there, I’m Nicole.

I have felt passionate about offering support to individuals living with disability my whole life, and as a result have been involved with the disability industry for 25 years.

During this time I have worked as a Speech Pathologist, Project Officer, Support Worker and also support family members living with disability.

My role as a Support Coordinator is my favourite role yet, as I have the opportunity to listen to each person’s core needs, work with people and their support network to creatively determine the supports that will be the best fit for them, and take some pressure off by assisting with navigating and coordinating these supports.

I have limited capacity to work with more participants, however please don’t hesitate to reach out if you would like to get a feel for working with me.
