Support Coordinator
Hi, I’m Jo, and I am the first Tibii Support Coordinator located in the Riverland SA. I am a registered nurse, with additional experience in NDIS support work, mental health, administration and finance, and have a strong passion in working alongside our First Nations community.
I feel extremely grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Tibii team; with my own values of human rights, social justice and advocacy, this aligns with Tibii’s strong approach to the Human Rights Model of Disability, Leadership and Management.
A Riverland local, being born in Loxton, the daughter of a “blocky”, I have much local knowledge of the supports and resources available in the region.
Being blessed with life experiences that are invaluable to the service that I offer, having had two children living with their own disabilities; a strong belief in the importance of holistic care and support, the benefits of continuity of care, empowerment of retaining personal independence, and the belief that you are the expert of your own life.
It will be my pleasure to listen to your needs, respectfully work alongside you in building a meaningful professional relationship, link you with services, supports and resources that align with Tibii’s values, and assist you in achieving your goals along your NDIS journey.
